<p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p>The purpose of this job is to ensure operational smoothness of Powder Coating Production and ensure quality parameters and ISO standards are being fulfilled.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>To ensure smooth shift production according to daily production plan. </li><li>To carry out Preventive Maintenance Planning &amp; Scheduling in SAP and carry out Preventive Maintenance job physically.</li><li>To coordinate with Maintenance Department with a view to minimize maintenance hours and costs through appropriate preventive and breakdown maintenance.</li><li>To maintain machine health card, monthly breakdown report and prepare RCA report of repetitive breakdown on regular basis. </li><li>To assist Manager-Production in implementation of budgeted Capital Expenditures as per schedule. </li><li>To ensure operation in compliance with ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2007 standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong><span class="ql-cursor"> </span></strong></p><ul><li>B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a well reputed university. </li><li>At least 6 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location: Savar, Dhaka.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Deadline: 2 December 2023</strong></p>
